Sands Resorts Macao recently hosted the “Sands Lifestyle #ReDiscover Macao 2023” familiarization trip, a five-day event attended by 200 MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) professionals and media from Greater China and around the world. The trip aimed to showcase the city of Macao, as well as the extensive MICE capabilities of Sands Resorts Macao.
The familiarization trip took place across the three integrated resorts of Sands Resorts Macao: The Venetian Macao, The Parisian Macao, and The Londoner Macao. Attendees had the opportunity to explore and experience the meeting, exhibition, and conference facilities offered by Sands Resorts Macao, solidifying its reputation as a leading choice for MICE events of all sizes.

The familiarization trip began with a Welcome Cocktail reception held at the Observation Deck within The Parisian Macao’s iconic Eiffel Tower. Delegates were welcomed by Grant Chum, Chief Operating Officer of Sands China Ltd., Helena de Fernandes, Director of the Macao Government Tourism Office, and Sam Lei, Acting President of the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute.
Throughout the trip, attendees had the opportunity to participate in various activities, including panel discussions, team building activities, wellness programs, and local explorations.
