My daughter Pia, an Air Force second lieutenant, participated in the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington, D.C. last month. It was a challenging race, covering a distance of 26.2 miles. Our entire family joined in the event and took part in a 10K run, which is equivalent to 6.2 miles.
